Embedded in the pure nature, without direct neighbors and with great hiking opportunities, this finca is hidden between Arta, Capdepera and Canyamel. The entrance area is open and bright and one looks directly over the living area to the terraces and over the valley. To the right hand side there is the spacious, half-open kitchen, equipped with all the usual electrical appliances.
From the living-dining area with fireplace you enter the large terrace with adjoining covered terrace and small outdoor kitchen with a view of the pool area.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with a small dressing room and a spacious bathroom.

On the lower floor there are two further spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a huge terrace that leads to the pool.

There are two entrances and therefore plenty of parking space, as well as a garage, another storage room and a separate laundry room.

The minimum rental period is one year and the additional costs would be your own electricity consumption, the alarm system with approx. € 40 per month and the annual garbage fee. Water consumption is included in the rent.
