The finca offers you a total of 3 buildings on a plot of approx. 7400 square meters, only a few minutes away from Artà.

The main house has a natural stone facade and you reach it via an enchanted staircase that leads you to the first terrace with an outdoor kitchen and access to the house.
The entrance area is relatively spacious. From here you get to the open living and dining area with an open (simple) kitchen. Adjacent is a bedroom. The bathroom and a large pantry, which could be converted into an additional bedroom, are also on this level.

A staircase leads you to a small roof terrace, which offers you both sea and castle views.

From the main house you can get through the lovingly landscaped garden to a cute little guest house. This has a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. Inside there is another kitchen and a small living room with an adjoining sleeping area.

An additional casita houses the second bathroom, as well as an area that can be converted into another bedroom.

Of course, this finca needs some renovation work - but we are of the opinion that you can conjure up a small piece of jewelery in a very good location.
