Modern newly renovated town house with terrace, Artà

This really nicely renovated town house is located in Artà in the northeast of the island of Mallorca.

The entrance area is friendly designed and can be used as additional living space.
This leads you further into the cozy living area which is adjacent to the open kitchen. Both the kitchen and the living room give you access to the small courtyard.

A lot of light enters the house through the floor-to-ceiling windows and thus offers a pleasant ambience. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.

A staircase takes you to the first floor of the house. Here you have a cozy lounge at your disposal as well as a well-designed bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The bright shower room was very tastefully prepared.

From here you can also access the partially covered sun terrace.

On the second floor there is a second bedroom.
