After opening the automatic entrance gate, you enter the lovingly landscaped grounds and follow the gravel path to the park area of the finca.

From here you walk past the cactus garden and enter the first separate guest area of the house. The well-designed room with high ceilings has a washing area, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.

From the guest area you come to an old wooden door which is the entrance to the main house. You will be amazed when you open this door. A view of the lovingly landscaped garden with several terraces and a distant sea view towards Canyamel opens up before you.

The terracotta steps take you to the entrance area of the main house. Here you will find a well-designed living and dining area with adjoining kitchen and utility room. The living area also has a fireplace and high ceilings.

From the living area, you can access one of the two bedrooms in the main house on the right-hand side. This has fitted wardrobes and access to the entrance terrace.

Following the hallway, you reach the guest toilet and the master bedroom with a wood-burning stove, fitted wardrobes and access to another terrace. The large bathroom with shower also gives you access to the terrace with evening sun and the outdoor wellness area with sauna and whirlpool.

There is an additional separate guest area next to the main house. A beautifully developed casita with bedroom-living room with fireplace and bathroom en-suite.

In front of the guest area there is another romantic terrace with an outdoor kitchen and an old Mallorcan stone oven.

The pool area can be reached via a few steps - it forms the center of the complex and offers you a large pool terrace in the middle of the surrounding nature with absolute privacy.
Here you can relax completely and enjoy the view of the ensemble.
