This porperty is located in Capdepera, a little town with interesting historical background, in the northeastern part of Majorca.
Capdepera is embedded to the majorcan hilly landscape and is situated close to nice coastal towns such as Cala Ratjada, Canyamel or Son Servera and Cala Millor.
The old Castle, which is dating back to the 13th century is giving this beautiful town ist medieval charme. Many cosy and exquisite restaurants are surrounding the Marketplace, which offers a nice ambiance.
