Great, newly renovated town house with a large patio in the centre of Arta

In the centre of Arta this completely renovated town house is offered for long term rental.

On the lower floor there is the brightly designed entrance area with a large living-dining kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as another room that could be used as an office, for example. From the living-dining area we reach the spacious patio with a small outdoor kitchen and grill. Here you have enough space to set up a jacuzzi, for example.

Via an indirectly lit staircase we enter the first floor with a very nice, open living area and access to an additional balcony with a view of Sant Salvador. There are also two further bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor.
